That is what I offer to most patients also, but the Ultrascreen is what is now the latest and greatest and I offer it to patients who have the means and are willing to drive 90 miles to see the perinatologists who are certified in nuchal translucency measurements. The standard of care in California is still AFP screening, because that is what the state covers.

Quadruple screen - level II ultrasound - any doubt or anxiety, either maternal, paternal or physician..amnio..
