Difficult is an understatement. One would think that you could do an internal podalic version since she just delivered vaginally. One also would not to find out if one was wrong, either. I hope that you were in an OR, with an epidural in place, an anesthesiologist in the room, and a C/S table in the room, too. That is how I deliver twins. I think that I would have to have a good sense that the second could come through easily via internal podalic version or I would section. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
