Re: Twins; route of deliveryFrom: apgar10@qwest.netThu Dec 14 10:01:41 2006
There technically is a discordance, but it is the 40th versus 70th percentile - so more reassuring. But that is the reason that I was a little reluctant if I had to do a breech extraction on the larger second twin. I have done many extractions, including last night. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
