clitorisitisFrom: Susan Bozung (smbozung@gmail.com)Wed Dec 6 21:27:26 2006
I have been experiencing low rt sided pain in my lower back for a week or so. That took me to the Dr. The urine sample said I had white cells and I was put on Macrobid. It's been 5 days and the pain has not gone away. There has been an unusual discomfort in my vaginal area which has become increasingly worse. For a week I just assumed it was associated with my kidney/bladder infection. Tonight I just got out the mirror and began self examination. My clitoris is swollen at the tip and looks like a bud of a plant. It has been my clitoris that has been uncomfortable and sensitive especially when I wipe after urination. The edges of my clitoris look black/brown. I have to admit that it has been a long time since I've taken a peek "down under". I have no idea what is normal. If anyone out there in cyberspace could shed some light on this situation that usually doesn't see any light , I would be very appreciative. Susan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
