Good points but I agree with Larry - the legal system is the king (or queen).. their point of view are meaningless in my turf anyhow. Trial lawyers run the whole show – sad but true… speaking about truth – there is no question in my mind that “serious intrapartum complications may arise with little or no warning, even in low risk pregnancies.” -- I think I’ll continue to do my obstetrics in a hospital setting…

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
