You are blessed to work so. Shoulder dystocia is only and example, but exist many other conditions (you know) in which the hospital offer better attentions. Here in Costa Rica (like in many other countries in the world), we don´t have the facilities that you say.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
