You're right that you haven't responded to the topic, your replies have been to state that you won't talk about it. No one is forcing your reply to remind the readership how badly you do not want to engage this topic in this forum. I think simply not replying further would do the trick, don't you?

Given the topic has not been discussed, nor will it by you as you've stated several times now, I have not seen anything that calls for corrections or clarifications of misinterpretations and misrepresentations.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
