you may be right but adequate monitoring entails comprehending the
properly maintained Partogram. Active management should ensure
initiation of proper labour and if the head doesnt descend or cervix
doesnt dilate despite proper contractions over the next 4 to 6 hours I
would certainly do c/s.Caesarean too has a certain degree of morbidity,
doesn't it?
