Agree. That is also what was recommended by the experts on a recent ACOG update I listened to. They were very concerned about the risks of repeated LEEPs in younger patients. They would not recommend a repeat LEEP unless HGSIL, and then would probably opt for cold knife conization to allow more controlled excision of the lesion.

9/06--LGSIL pap 10/06--CIN I on biopsy, negative ECC.
