3 previous C/S with a complete previa smells like accreta.. It can be detected by ultrasound - if in doubt, MRI. The outcome might have been different in the middle of the night, no assistant, no blood readily available, etc.. it is always good to know in advance…

Problem comes if there is a bad outcome…
