The same of Efrain; in 26 years I never needany maneuver other than use of
my hands to resolve deep fetal head in birth cana. Doing carefully and never
had problems with the baby and the mother. But theoretcally other maneuvers
can be acceptables like: push up the fetal head and to "convert" the
extraction in a breech extraction. Use a forceps ?? In my country, I never
heard.
