Give her a dose of penicillin IV and rupture her bag of water and deliver that baby. Quit wasting health care dollars. Risk of RDS, sespis, NEC and IVH are either "0" or extemely close to it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
