Joanne I agree with Joe. Often we hear that we can not legislate moraliaty that is not true. In fact we do it all the time. Look at all the laws we have that literally "legislate Morality". Everything from incest to drinking and driving, child abuse, murder, pornography, etc

We simply have chosen as a society and as a College (ACOG) to turn our backs on the silent voices and cries of the 1.6 million babies murdered each year in the United States. agf

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
