To my mind, "complete" procidentia means that the cervix and most if not all of the uterus is out the vaginal introitus. Clearly this is can only be a cervix prolapse in someone at 35 weeks as the major portion of the fundus has to be out of the pelvis and in the abdomen. Please tell us what exactly is hanging out. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
