My thought exactly. Maybe an estrogen priming and then repeat withdrawal might get the ball rolling.

And you do need to get the ball rolling, to prevent endometrial hypertrophy, yada, yada, yada.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
