Abdominoplasty at cesareanFrom: D. Ashley Hill (dahmd@cfl.rr.com)Tue Sep 26 19:58:34 2006
Listmembers: I heard from friends of mine in Brazil that it is common for women undergoing their last cesarean also to undergo a modified abdominoplasty that the ob/gyn performs. Does anyone know anything about this? I assume there is no mesh involved. Does anyone on the list do these? Thanks in advance. Ashley

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
