All great thoughts - I was not thinking outside th box -- I was just focusing on the vagina as the cervix really seems clean - no discharge coming from it.

This is definitely not serous - it is purulent - creamy pale color - not really white but not yellow either.

She will get the sonogram and we woll go from there.

Thanks. I was getting tunnel vision.
