Dear Friend: I was reading the Herald article and does not say anything about the arguments of the doctor and nurse. You know something about? 2006/9/19, DoctorJoe@aol.com <DoctorJoe@aol.com>: > > Parents Settle Malpractice Case Over Son's Severe Cerebral Palsy<http://news.bostonherald.com/localRegional/view.bg?articleid=158046> In > what is believed to be the largest medical malpractice settlement in New > Hampshire, the family of a brain-damaged child will receive $5 million to > pay for the child's long term care. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
