Evaluation at her local hospital ( evening po day 14, first day of pain) included CT with contrast. Read as " negative" for any demonstrable pathology.. no evidence bowel perf, kidneys, ureters normal, no evidence intra-abdominal abscess, etc etc. Small amount fluid/ clot ?? in cul-de-sac. This CT was re-evaluated at time of local UTZ ( day 2 ) by our hospital staff who fully concurred with initial radiologic interpretation. Study WNL. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
