34 weeks and after with prom deliver. less than 32 wait. 32-34 is grey zone. She has recieved steroids which is wonderful. You could make an argument for giving antibiotics and following CRP and WBC and waiting to deliver at 34 weeks. On the other hand if the first baby is breech I would problably deliver by csection now rather than risk a prolapsed cord. andrew
