21 yo cauc G1 P0 at 32+3, well-controlled A-1 GDM, mono/di twins with evolving TTTS, PPROM A. vtx/vtx; 3lbs/3.75 lbs; AFI 3cm/10cm deepest pkt before rupture. Something must have been afoot before this, because she thankfully got steroids about 48hours prior to rupture (not my patient then). Would you: Deliver? If so, how? Give abx and sit? How long would you sit? Send AF pool for FLM and do something based on the results? Didn't agree with my MFM on this one, and believe that the literature backs me up.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
