Wondering if any of you have received your free book that we swiped our card for at the AWHONN conference a year ago. I emailed them again last week (my 4th or 5th email since last October when the book was promised to us) and they are refusing 3 times to mail me my book, saying that they have no record of me requesting it!!! I watched the AWHONN staff member swipe my card-she did it for me because my hands were full! I'm pissed! Any ideas?? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
