Referral from the same GP, G3P2M0, 16/40 saw him for painless spotting since 2 weeks. He sent for formal Ultrasound which showed a single vital intrauterine pregnancy with a normal heart. So severe oligohydramnion that the anatomy could not be commented on further. Grade III Placenta previa posterior. I admitted her, Hb is 9.6, all else nil of note. I wanted to sit on her but they called me today for painless vaginal bleeding, and when I saw her in the ward she had several clots in the vagina. So, I thought, at least she is coagulating, and decided to do, what? el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
