From the data presented, this patient has gestational trophoblastic disease until proven otherwise. Would repeat the ultrasound as well and if inconclusive, curettage and if HCG essentially unchanged, then as Joe P suggested along with Chest film, with intention to treat with Chemotherapy as per your local regimen. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
