You can arch the back outward and prevent that. Right? Of course, I'm thinking of supine or lateral recumbant pushing. I have NO idea what pushing standing up or holding a heavy weight or whatever would do. It hurts ME to pick up televisions. But that's just me. Joe P. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
