While there is a body of evidence confirming the lack of predictive value for X-ray Pelvimetry, no studies have been done comparing clinical pelvimetry to no pelvimetry at all. I would simply suggest remembering Rogers' Rule instead.

Rogers' Rule: Know when to hold em, Know when to fold em. Or the Kenobi Corollary: Trust your instincts.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
