I think you have some issue/attitude problems with your CNM's - you will deal with the complications, etc.. you decide - I use staples - I have no problem with sutures if the patient asks me - and my assistants do them quiet nicely..better than me...I would not prefer to use sutures in obese patients or "juicy" ones.. Ef

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
