After reading the entire line of comments, all conversations plans should have occurred before delivery as others haved stated.

The 484GMS is not large for a 24 weeker. Although I fusion is good marker for 24 weeks some 23 week neonates have unfused eyes.

Given that some NICU have 40-50% initial survival (no ide of future function), ALL delivering units should have firm plans in place to approach this issue. RJC
