15 years ago I presented a paper on Networking in Rural Areas in Boston, and I was told by a few speakers/recruiters that, should I have the US exam, and ever want to work in a rural US setting, there were positions galore.

It's the same in Germany, by the way.

I must however confess, having been been there, done that, bought the T-Shirt, I *HAVE* moved on :-)-O

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
