I've certainly felt that way. I still do an AFI for an "objective"
measure for fluid volume. But, like the 2X2 pocket for clinical
management. We've been having a discussion of how much volume of
fluid would you expect at rupture for a certain AFI. I've been
arguing that it's not very predictive.
