HPV Vaccine

And the phone calls are coming asking for the vaccine:
1. 82 yo I am managing who got HPV from a new partner after her divorce.
2. 40-something patient who is due for a follow up colpo-pap for her
HPV dysplasia (wants the vaccine instead of the colpo)
and more - and it is only noon on Monday!
Good thing we discussed it this weekend!
I already knew what I was thinking - but it helps to discuss it with
colleages as well!
