> It's OK Gail, you apparently missed the whole point of the article. Actually, I think the USA will do well. Their football has come on really well. We have some really good Budweiser adverts on at the moment extracting the urine out of the USA. All in good fun, the sight of an American doing keepy upy counting 1...1...1 is so funny. I've got an England flag on my house, I've put one on the lamp post outside my house and I have 2 flags on my car. My acrylic long nails are painted white with a red cross on them. I have my England shirt and air horn at the ready. It starts tomorrow and I can't wait, I'm so excited. The USA have a hard group. They have to beat Italy and the Czech Republic to go through. I'm sure they'll beat Ghana. Tim Howard (Man Utd) is an excellent goalie, defender Eddie Lewis (Leeds) and striker Brian McBride (Fulham) also look good. My team, Liverpool had Brad Friedel as their goal keeper for a while so I know the Americans can play well Anyway, to those of you into football, I hope our teams do well. I shall be watching the USA games on the 12th 17th and 22nd and cheering them on. If the USA come 2nd in their group and we come 1st in ours (or the other way around) and then win our next games the USA will meet England in the semi final. If our Wayne Rooney can recover from a broken foot in a few weeks then anything is possible! Here's to a very happy and drunken 4 weeks of football. C'MON ENGLAND, C'MON The USA! Gail
