Re: El and Gail's bickeringFrom: ainsron (ainsron@sbcglobal.net)Sat Jun 3 17:46:10 2006
Hard to imagine how he could miss a breech prior to labor, although we have all been there. I'm sure Angelina must have had multiple sonograms during her pregnancy. Must not have brought his machine to Nambia. Of course he drives a Porsche, taking care of folks like that doesn't pay him the low-ball HMO rates the rest of us saps get in Callyfornia (as our Gov pronounces it). It must have taken him quite a while to get a license to practice medicine in your country and to get hospital privileges for this one "special" patient, or did he just pay off the right government officials? My lack of appreciation for US O&Gyns has been increased by the fact that Brangelina's hotshot (who *DOES* drive a Porsche, and *DOES* have a country club membership) didn't manage to figure out that she had a breech and rushed her to hospital at midnight to do the *elective* Cesarean. But maybe he was still on Californian time... el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
