FASTER trial/clinical practice

I was wondering what folks are offering women in the way of non invasive screening for Down Syndrome?

Is anyone routinely offering step-wise sequential screening (first and second trimester screens) or serum integrated screening without nuchal translucency? If so, are you offering it to all women regardless of age and risk factors?

Our practice is working on ways to increase the consistency of our counseling in this area, but even our various consulting perinatologists seem to be doing things differently.

I am curious about what is going on in other places and would love some input from this diverse crowd.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
