NO! the standard for RhIG is 28WKS. The original data by Bowman for prophylaxis was 33 WKS and then moved back to 28WKS with 90% reduction seen in 3rd trimester sensitization. Remember if you give it at 26 weeks, then 12 weeks later you either repeat the dose or you do an indirect coombs to determine if ab remains.
