Because I'm usually not going to wait four or more hours for the cesarean section and if you don't have them onboard for that long, it doesn't make any difference to how the pediatrician is going to handle the newborn.

I disagree, assuming I understand you.

If ROM prior to unplanned repeat section, would initiate antibiotics on arrival if GBS positive while awaiting C/S. Why wouldn't you?
