Dear all,

Any HRT mavens about?

I have a 31 y/o thin Filipina patient who underwent TAH/BSO for very bad endometriosis.

She was on climara 0.050, but had some hot flashes. Now she is on 0.075 transdermal estradiol and her flashes have resolved. However, now she swears her breasts are getting smaller and she has easy brusability.

Any ideas?

However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
