As I recall, it was old movie film of a heavily draped and probably anesthetized mom whose baby wasn't the least bit stuck, and the OB kinda twirled it around to demonstrate the maneuver. I was surprised that ACOG even included the Gaskin Maneuver, and yes, there is video available that demonstrates the maneuver very convincingly. If your school doesn't have a copy, they could purchase one from Ina May. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
