Have it your way if you must. I can't be arsed to play pathetic games of what does or doesn't she know. I left those sort of silly games of oneupmanship back in the school playground :-))

By the way we had an African woman on the ward where I used to work with that very condition. So I do have experience of it, granted she was 31 weeks and it was 8 or something years ago and from what I remember it is caused by a parasite. I could be wrong but that's something that doesn't bother me.
