Fundal pressure is not included in the Dartmouth Hitchcock/ACOG training video on shoulder dystocia - I watch it 3 times a year with students. (And each time I want to scream at the Gaskin/All fours maneuver being LAST and looking silly - they could get someone to allow them to video everything else, but had to make a silly drawing of a pony tailed blonde with a head hanging out of her bottom and make it sound like NO ONE would want to, or be able to do this...but of course women don't mind your arm to your elbow inside them.../??) Laurie in ME. Really, really cold now.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
