Question for you great minds out there. What's the difference between a cord or funic presentation? I never heard of funic presentation; the sources brought up in a quick google search seems to equate the two. I presume an actual cord prolapse is where the cord is not only presenting but is passing through a cervix that has already opened, and in a cord or funic presentation the cervix is closed.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
