Gail, Holly wants refutation...here's some. I didn't respond, and I suspect others did not, as I didn't want to "feed this troll", in the words of another re another poster. Because there's lively, sometimes contentious, back and forth between and among listers doesn't indict any one lister. The only way to avoid personality or viewpoint differences would be for everyone to have the same personality and same mindset....would make for a gosh awfull bloody boring list then, wouldn't it? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
