I had two lovely deliveries (water births) on Super Bowl Sunday this year. Both husbands were very sweet and both were adamant that they weren't interested in the game. The TV was off for both labors.

My most horrid TV accompanied birth was during a Jerry Springer show about women who had provided prostitutes for their husbands. While the woman was pushing, I asked the nurse to turn the TV off.
