Acid MantleFrom: Karen Lee (karen@karenlee.org)Wed Feb 15 12:10:23 2006
Thank you, Dr. Gregor for your suggestion for Acid Mantle for my patient with lichen sclerosis. It is fabulous! It is also very helpful with atrophic vulvitis for those who choose not to use estrogen. It is not greasy at all and therefore can be used regularly without any mess at all. It's pricey, but seems to be worth it! And our local pharmacies didn't have it, but got it in stock in one day. More people should know about this!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
