No, you shouldn't my dear friend. But you should care that your family is no doubt very proud of you...they must think you are very advanced for your age.

Need to tell you how much I appreciate the explanation of "el". That would more or less make it your nickname. So I guess we could call you Nick el. (Or, at least we listers here in the US can. Others will want to call you Doll el, because - as you know - everything is twenty times better elsewhere.)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
