What the Trust do here is investigate and decide there is no case to answer then consult with the Trusts legal department and get their opinion. Sorry, I was a bit vague and the info in my last email was misleading.

Of course now it's up to her to say she's not satisfied with the way it was investiagted and we all go around again.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
