Here (South Yorkshire) it seems to be the opposite of New Orleans where breastfeeding is for the middle classes! I have nothing against breastfeeding an older child but I could not have breastfed a child that could ask for it in words. Eighteen months was my limit for others that might be too long too! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
