That's an incantation under the palabra tree, this interjection of yours. :-) Radiopelvimetry is not perfect, nor ultrasonography but it gives enough an idea to accept, or not a trial of labor. And you know what? It works. Anyway it's much less dangerous than a systematic cesarean policy. BC
