Offer to do the c-section but that she will have to pay the full price up front. Other opiton is do provide coverage for the next 30 days and if she presents in labor do c-seciton for medical indications only. I do not see a medial legal issue here but I suspect there is one. andy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
