Joe, it is fairly obvious that you have no clue about Sweden or Switzerland. Germany has a 10% unemployment rate, in some places over 25% and since East Germany has come back it is as heterogeneous as a country can be. I have actually worked two years in Dark Germany. But you are right, nothing compares to the USA :-)-O el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
